Contact and inquiry information
When you submit a form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message to answer your inquiry. Promotion messages go to submissions@booklightcollective.com; support messages go to admin@booklightcollective.com. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records.
Newsletter subscriptions
Our WordPress Newsletter plugin records the information you submit, your subscription status and confirmation activity. You must confirm your email address before receiving marketing newsletters. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Signing up is voluntary and is separate from joining our Facebook group or submitting a book inquiry.
Hosting, email and cookies
Our hosting and email providers process technical data needed to operate the website and deliver messages. WordPress may use cookies for logged-in accounts and comments. Google Fonts is requested to display site typography. We do not sell subscriber contact lists.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, email admin@booklightcollective.com. We retain inquiry records as needed to respond and maintain business records; newsletter information is retained while subscribed, with suppression information kept as needed to respect unsubscribe requests.
Other websites
Book retailer links, author websites, and our Facebook group are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies. Future changes to tools or processing practices will be reflected here.
